Delivery Across Pakistan

Evercorner delivers orders nationwide. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan for eligible orders.

Delivery Charges

The standard delivery charge for eligible Pakistan orders is Rs. 200. Free shipping may be available when the applicable free-shipping threshold is met — any charge or free-shipping eligibility will be shown at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed after they're placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your city, courier service, and order volume.

Returns

Evercorner accepts eligible returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain Beauty & Personal Care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or product, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange once the original item is returned and inspected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Refunds

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we'll determine refund eligibility. Approved refunds are processed after inspection; for Cash on Delivery orders, we may require your bank details to process the refund. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
